How To Lose Weight, Calories To Eliminate

Are you trying to get rid of a few extra pounds? Or, maybe a whole lot of extra pounds? We all know to lose weight we have to eat fewer calories. Well, in how to lose weight, calories, at least some of them can very easily be eliminated. By simply having a look at what you are eating and drinking you may be able to get rid of far more than you think! That's a promise. Here is a list of all the ones you can very easily eliminate.
- Cut out all sodas loaded with sugar. If you have to, drink diet sodas. (In all honesty, that is what I do)
- Replace all the sugar in your coffee with sweeteners if you cannot drink it without sweetness.
- Replace all milk in your coffee with fat free or at least low fat milk
- Never drink any fruit juice as they are loaded with sugar. Eat the fruit; your body needs the fiber.
- Eat only low fat meat, chicken and fish. For meat, give preference to chicken breasts.
- Remember that even though legumes are low fat and a source of protein they still contain a lot of carbs and you must keep the portions small. (No more than about 4 ounces for a portion)
- Make sure you do not add any with your cooking methods , grill and steam your food.
- Eat only low fat or fat free dairy products. Be very careful of hard cheeses as they are loaded with fat.
- Cut down on all fat drastically. Use no more than two small portions a day.
- Instead of oily dressings, use fat free yogurt flavored with herbs and spices.
- Drink lots of herbal tea without milk or sugar instead of coffee, you will save all the calories from the milk and have the dairy portions available to use in cooking.
- f you feel peckish between meals, drink some water with a slice of lemon. Very often we think we are hungry when we are thirsty. Drinking a lot of water will help you slim down a lot in any case, so it cannot do any harm.
